I’m Nhala - an artist, creative director, and haircut specialist. 

I am currently based in Old Town Pasadena. My private suite offers a one-on-one experience within a non-toxic environment, FREE of chemical services, harmful ingredients, ammonia, artificial fragrances, and aerosols upon request. WHY CLEAN BEAUTY?

I enjoy personalizing and sculpting tailored haircuts. How do you wish to present yourself to the world? How do you want to feel? My desire is to help you uncover your truest self through hair-expression. When we feel like ourselves, we stay aligned with who we’re truly meant to be.

I have always had odd hair, not quite straight, not quite wavy, hates product, and every hair cut I've ever had has ended up needing a ton of styling in order to look good, and was never tailored to ME or my face. Nhala has nailed all of that for me. She took into account my bone structure, the way my head is shaped, and cut my hair to flatter ME. Took my reference photos and gave me something that was inspired by them but also still suited me, instead of just giving me the cut in the photo like most places had been doing. She's literally a wizard. I love my hair now and it's still looks good whether I let it air dry, or use heat tools which is not something I've ever been able to do before. I always thought people who would like travel to their hair stylists were psycho, but I get it now. I'd follow Nhala wherever she went cause I can't imagine letting anyone else cut my hair now."
